Submission of content for discussion or vetting will be almost as easy as discussion. The author will simply create their content using their preferred DEMML� content creation software as discussed in Objective Five: Easy and inexpensive content creation. Then they will paste that content into a message and post it to the appropriate newsgroup. The only extra thing they need to do is to place specially encoded strings of text in the subject line to indicate the topic code and whether they are submitting for comment or vetting. This is where the special features of the software will come in handy.
